Requirements
What you’ll need- Law degree;
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
- Experience drafting and negotiating contracts, with a consultative approach and a strategic focus on mitigating legal risks;
- Experience in a law firm environment preferred;
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in Real Estate Law, Civil Law, Contract Law or Corporate Law is a plus;
- Additional courses in real estate development (incorporation), public registries or real estate compliance are valued.
