- QuartzBio overview: The Precision Medicine Intelligence Company.
- Position: Director, Implementation, Biomarker Intelligence; leads biomarker intelligence implementations including configuration of automated workflows and SME on biopharma data.
- Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of products; develop and execute strategy; collaborate across teams; train customers; mentor consultants; manage multiple teams; ensure timely, scalable deployments.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; 15+ years biomarker data/solutions experience; strong leadership and communication; customer-facing experience.

- Location: Remote in United States.
- Compensation: includes discretionary annual bonus and standard benefits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree related field and a minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience in biomarker data and systems management, implementation consulting or technical solutions
- Bachelor's degree + 15 years of relevant experience
- Master's degree + 10 years of relevant experience
- PhD + 5 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing teams.
- 8-10 years of experience working in a customer-facing role and leading projects.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale, complex implementation projects for enterprise clients, particularly in the pharma R&D data domain.
- Ability to identify and leverage existing technologies, internal and external, to address unique challenges.
- Extremely strong communications skills, able to effectively lead discussions across variety of topics with an audience of widely divergent experience, background, and educational levels.
- Exceptional client-facing skills with the ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders, especially in the sample management industry.
- Comfort working in highly complex, interdependent systems with varying levels of access, flexibility, and input
