About the role
- Serve as the trusted voice of the customer.
- Develop and run onboarding, training, adoption, and renewal programs.
- Capture, prioritize, and communicate portal and API feedback.
- Apply deep knowledge of DoW program offices and their mission requirements.
- Partner with Field Operations, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Track and report on mission success indicators.
- Lead adoption of new tools and processes internally.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI required.
- 5+ years in program management, mission/customer success, or a related role in defense technology or mission-critical systems.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with DoW program offices and end-users.
- Strong familiarity with mission platforms and COP-style systems.
- Maritime experience is highly desirable.
