About the role
- Work closely with our sales and engineering teams to understand customer needs, design high-level secure network architectures, and ensure our quantum products are integrated effectively.
- Collaborate directly with customers, partners, and integrators to align on technical concepts and translate these into concrete solution designs.
- Your insights from the field will also help steer our product roadmap to meet real-world demands.
- Lead technical workshops and discussions with CISOs, network architects, and system integrators.
- Collaborate with account managers to provide technical expertise throughout the sales process.
- Create technical proposals, white papers, and architectural documentation.
- Deliver presentations and live demos that communicate technical value clearly and credibly.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, systems engineering, or solution architect role
- Strong understanding of IT security, cryptographic concepts, and enterprise networking (firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN, PKI, etc.)
- Familiarity with secure communication architectures and network design principles
- Strong communication skills in German and English, capable of engaging both business and technical audiences
- Ability to work across teams, align diverse stakeholders, and simplify complexity
- Experience working with critical infrastructure, telecoms, or public sector clients is a plus
- Bonus: familiarity with quantum technologies or interest in learning fast.
