About the role
- Drive Quantiphi’s growth across the Toronto market
- Build and execute the regional go-to-market strategy
- Develop a high-performing sales organization
- Strengthen key partnerships—especially within the Google Cloud ecosystem
- Cultivate executive-level relationships with clients, channel partners, and industry stakeholders
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, oversee pipeline development, and drive operational excellence
- Ensure strong collaboration across global teams
- Shape Quantiphi’s brand in the market and champion innovation
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree and or MBA in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ Years of overall experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience in managing teams
- 5+ years of technology or technology sales experience
- Good understanding of the technology/software business landscape
- Experience selling Data Management, AI/ML, and/or Cloud Services/Solutions
- Channel sales or business development experience
- Familiarity with insurance-specific AI applications like predictive maintenance, network optimization, customer service automation, and fraud detection
- Working knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, GPT models) and cloud-based AI solutions (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure)
- Awareness of AI governance, ethics, and data privacy regulations.
