About the role

  • Drive Quantiphi’s growth across the Toronto market
  • Build and execute the regional go-to-market strategy
  • Develop a high-performing sales organization
  • Strengthen key partnerships—especially within the Google Cloud ecosystem
  • Cultivate executive-level relationships with clients, channel partners, and industry stakeholders
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, oversee pipeline development, and drive operational excellence
  • Ensure strong collaboration across global teams
  • Shape Quantiphi’s brand in the market and champion innovation

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree and or MBA in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ Years of overall experience
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in managing teams
  • 5+ years of technology or technology sales experience
  • Good understanding of the technology/software business landscape
  • Experience selling Data Management, AI/ML, and/or Cloud Services/Solutions
  • Channel sales or business development experience
  • Familiarity with insurance-specific AI applications like predictive maintenance, network optimization, customer service automation, and fraud detection
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, GPT models) and cloud-based AI solutions (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure)
  • Awareness of AI governance, ethics, and data privacy regulations.
