About the role
- Lead the delivery of advanced solutions in Application Development, Platform Engineering, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Machine Learning for clients.
- Enable clients to leverage the full potential of AWS cloud capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud migration projects.
- Troubleshoot issues during migration processes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Platform Engineering
- Proficiency in Architecting, deploying and maintaining AWS Cloud based infrastructure services (e.g., VPC, IAM, S3, Lambda, EC2, etc.)
- Cloud Migration Expertise: Lift and Shift (REHOST) migration to AWS EC2 architecture
- Previous work with migration tools like Cloud Endure, AWS Migration Hub, etc.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-related services such as compute, storage, network, and messaging
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
- Strong understanding of AWS security best practices
- Hands-on experience with scripting and programming languages such as Bash, Python, Core Java, and Scala
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
