About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage current administrative activities of the office
  • Order and monitor consumables

  • Organize travel and coordinate travel logistics
  • Request quotes and monitor implementation of contracted services
  • Manage ad-hoc administrative requests
  • Obtain and submit necessary documents to institutions and authorities
  • Request ONRC, tax, and other administrative documents
  • Coordinate translation services
  • Maintain records of internal documents and necessary access credentials across various platforms
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations team and the colleague responsible for Community & Employee Experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in an administrative, office management, operations, or IT support role is an advantage
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Attention to detail and practical mindset
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and requests simultaneously
  • English language skills at conversational and written level
  • An autonomous and proactive person
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Flexibility in handling ad-hoc requests
