About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications supporting endpoint infrastructure and software distribution.
- Develop scalable backend and frontend solutions using Microsoft technologies, including C#, .NET, SQL Server, Angular, and TypeScript.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and web services.
- Develop automation solutions and scripting using PowerShell.
- Design and implement reliable, highly available, and distributed applications.
- Participate in architectural design, technology selection, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and support automated build, testing, and deployment processes using Jenkins.
- Produce high-quality, maintainable code following established development standards and best practices.
- Contribute to monitoring, documentation, and operational readiness of developed solutions.
- Improve application performance, stability, scalability, and user experience.
- Reduce technical debt and support the modernization and decommissioning of legacy systems.
- Collaborate effectively with global cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product Management, and Operations.
- Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
- Support Agile delivery practices, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and continuous improvement of the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET development.
- Solid knowledge of SQL Server, Angular, TypeScript, and HTML5.
- Experience developing and integrating REST APIs and web services.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
- Experience building distributed, scalable, and highly available enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, preferably Jenkins.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and automated testing.
- Knowledge of software design patterns, architecture principles, and coding best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within global cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently while mentoring and supporting junior developers.
- Experience with Microsoft SCCM, Active Directory, LDAP, and Windows endpoint management technologies is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a large enterprise or financial services environment is preferred.
