About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Performing manual testing tasks across all required levels to ensure software products meet specifications and business requirements.
  • Planning: Developing test plans and test cases based on specifications and business requirements.
  • Execution: Carrying out manual system and integration testing.
  • UAT Support: Supporting the coordination of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process.
  • Defect Management: Logging, tracking, verifying, and closing defect tickets.
  • Quality Assurance: Performing regression testing to ensure continuous stability.
  • Reporting: Documenting test results (Test Reports) and reporting directly to the Test Manager.
  • Traceability: Maintaining and updating the requirements traceability matrix.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Certification: Valid ISTQB Foundation Level certification or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in manual testing.
  • Domain Knowledge: Proven experience in testing web-based applications.
  • Technical Skills: Experience in REST API testing (e.g., using Postman or similar tools).
  • Tools: Proficiency in Jira, ManageEngine, or equivalent bug tracking/management tools.
