About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead SAP CO workstream in an S/4HANA environment
Prepare and facilitate Fit/Gap workshops with business stakeholders
Design, configure, and implement SAP CO processes
Manage key areas including:
Cost Center Accounting
Profit Center Accounting
Internal Orders
Product Costing
Margin Analysis (CO-PA in S/4HANA)
Support Transfer Pricing processes and intercompany flows
Ensure proper FI–CO integration and alignment with other functional areas
Lead functional topics and coordinate a small team
Maintain strong communication with stakeholders throughout the project

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong hands-on experience as an SAP CO Consultant, preferably in S/4HANA projects
Proven experience in leading Fit/Gap workshops
Deep knowledge of SAP CO components (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing)
Solid experience with Margin Analysis (S/4HANA CO-PA)
Experience with Transfer Pricing and intercompany processes
Strong process design and configuration expertise in SAP CO
Leadership skills with the ability to coordinate a small team
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Good understanding of FI–CO integration
Fluent English
