About the role

  • Organize required analysis sessions (meetings/workshops) together with the Project manager, architect and technical lead
  • Capture and detail all functional and non-functional requirements for all projects and write Business Requirements Analysis, Business Requirements Specification, Blue Print
  • Map the requirements to specific use cases, user stories etc.
  • Identify overlaps in requirements
  • Contribute to the requirements traceability matrix creation
  • Ensure that the business requirements are implemented at the end of the project
  • Manage the requirements changes and additions during project lifecycle
  • Act as a liaison between business and the digital teams
  • Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives

Requirements

  • Analytical skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking, listening)
  • Over 7 years of experience in digital projects on the specific role
  • Experience in Oil & Gas (exploration and Production area) constitutes an advantage
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts
