About the role
- Analyze and document business requirements and processes, and translate them into system specifications.
- Support B2C customer relationship and billing processes with IT solutions.
- Contribute to the design, customization, and implementation of the centralized CRM and billing system.
- Define functional requirements for digital communication channels (e.g., web and mobile customer interfaces).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and external vendors throughout the system development lifecycle.
- Handle, prioritize, and document user needs, feedback, and system enhancement requests.
- Support the creation of test scenarios and user acceptance testing.
- Prepare and maintain documentation (business specifications, functional descriptions, process diagrams).
- To optimize B2C waste management services and to establish a nationwide, centralized B2C billing and CRM system, a new B2C program is being launched. The first step of this program is to engage with B2C customers through a digital solution. In this role, the System Analyst will play a key part in shaping and supporting this initiative, ensuring the effective design and implementation of the system
Requirements
- Experience in developing or improving IT processes for end users (preferably residential).
- Familiarity with system integration tasks and workflows.
- Understanding of user interface design principles; ability to review and approve design proposals.
- Practical knowledge of data mapping techniques.
- Hands-on experience with integration testing and supporting IT teams during test phases.
