About the role
- Support Product Owners in managing and optimizing products
- Coordinate across IT, marketing, and business units (including remote international teams)
- Analyze internal IT architecture and system interdependencies
- Perform systematic error analysis and assist in resolving technical issues
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable tasks for development teams
- Participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Contribute to documentation and process optimization within the product lifecycle
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Business Analysis, IT, or Digital Product Management
- Solid understanding of App Development
- Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
- Knowledge of IT architectures and system integrations
- Proven ability to analyze and structure complex projects
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration in international setups
- Strong communication skills and ability to mediate between business and technical teams
- Independent, structured, and self-driven work approach
- Excellent English skills (German a plus)
