About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsibility for the functional design and direction of our client projects
- Development and ownership of product vision, roadmap, and product backlog
- Active use of AI tools for requirements engineering
- Advising our clients on the design of their products and processes
- Facilitating workshops and training sessions internally and for our clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Requirements Engineer, or Business Analyst in software development
- Practical application of agile methodologies and requirements engineering practices
- Targeted use of AI tools in a professional context
- Ideally, experience with agent systems and AI workflows
- Clear communication with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
