About the role

  • Plan, build and operate modern infrastructure environments (on-premises, cloud, hybrid, Kubernetes)
  • Develop, maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Actions, ArgoCD, GitLab CI, GitHub or Jenkins)
  • Analyze complex business problems and develop appropriate IT solutions
  • Provide consulting on topics such as scalability, cost, security and architecture
  • Take responsibility for planning and executing technical projects – from concept to implementation

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, DevOps or system engineering
  • Hands-on experience with container technologies (Kubernetes), Linux and CI/CD development
  • Solid knowledge of networking technologies and server infrastructures as well as experience with at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS or GCP)
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
  • Experience designing and building highly available and geo-redundant architectures
  • Ability to document complex technical topics clearly and in a structured manner
  • Ability to explain technical topics in an understandable way — both to developers and to non-technical stakeholders
  • Good communication skills and a passion for working in teams
  • Proficiency in German and English (B2/C1)
