About the role

  • You analyze and assess existing systems and architectures (architecture reviews)
  • You design needs-driven software architectures for sustainable, future-proof solutions and align them with our clients both remotely and on-site
  • You develop high-performance software according to client-specific requirements and architectures and make architecture decisions collaboratively with the project team
  • You act as the main point of contact for the development team and clients and personally accompany projects
  • You support development activities
  • You implement specified applications and deployments following agile principles
  • You are responsible for direct exchange, knowledge transfer, and the development of our tech stack within the company
  • You actively coach your colleagues by sharing methodological knowledge, experience, and insights

Requirements

  • You have vocational training or a relevant degree (interdisciplinary professional backgrounds are welcome)
  • You have several years of experience in software development and initial hands-on experience as a software architect
  • You demonstrate holistic, solution-oriented, and abstract thinking
  • You have experience with modern technologies and front-end/back-end frameworks (including Java EE, Spring, Angular, REST)
  • You have knowledge of Java EE and Java frameworks (e.g., Spring)
  • You have know-how in CI/CD
  • You feel comfortable working in an agile, cross-functional team
  • You are characterized by strong communication skills, enjoyment of direct collaboration, and a high degree of flexibility
  • You enjoy meeting diverse people and applying your expertise where it is needed
