About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for managing customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and supporting sales initiatives
  • Focuses on account management of strategic and focused key accounts
  • Partner with sales, business development, and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
  • Maintain general product knowledge of COO, lead-times, available Inventory and/or specific manufacturing strategies to assist customers when placing orders
  • Manage monthly SFDC forecast of ongoing production programs/opportunities for assigned accounts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of Account Management, Inside Sales, or Customer Service experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field of study or equivalent level of experience and training.
  • Knowledge of Order to Cash (OTC), supply chain and logistics processes.
  • Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP
  • Experience working within Salesforce
