About the role

  • Design and integrate software and hardware for automated DC and RF test solutions
  • Develop applications on various test platforms
  • Improve test efficiency including multi-site expansion and tester platform migrations
  • Support engineering test projects, design verification testing, and qualification testing
  • Generate and maintain documents related to test systems and software designs
  • Create test plans, procedures, and reports
  • Support design verification testing and test program buyoff activities in lab & manufacturing sites

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering
  • 5 or more years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing and test product development
  • Software development and debug experience, preferably on ATE Teradyne and Cohu platform
  • Familiar with C/C++/Visual Basic (VBA)
  • Experience in test equipment like RF sources, pulse generators, spectrum analyzers
  • Knowledgeable in RF Test including s-parameters, noise figure, power, pulsed power, TOI, and harmonics
  • Experience in schematic design and PCB layout
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Statistical engineering data analysis and DOE skill set
  • Strong ownership with self-motivation and engineering attitude
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
