About the role
- Engage existing customers, assessing cloud readiness and positioning Qlik’s cloud solutions
- Drive successful onboarding and adoption, ensuring customers realize long-term value
- Identify expansion opportunities within migrated accounts, contributing to revenue growth
- Monitor key success metrics, customer health, and adoption trends to inform strategy
- Lead customers through their cloud journey and develop trusted relationships
- Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Renewals, and Sales teams to maximize customer success
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, cloud, or customer success roles
- Consultative sales approach with proven success in pipeline management and customer retention
- Strong ability to guide customers through cloud transition and post-sale adoption
- Experience with CRM and customer success tools (Salesforce preferred)
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to collaborate across teams
