About the role

  • Engage existing customers, assessing cloud readiness and positioning Qlik’s cloud solutions
  • Drive successful onboarding and adoption, ensuring customers realize long-term value
  • Identify expansion opportunities within migrated accounts, contributing to revenue growth
  • Monitor key success metrics, customer health, and adoption trends to inform strategy
  • Lead customers through their cloud journey and develop trusted relationships
  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Renewals, and Sales teams to maximize customer success

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, cloud, or customer success roles
  • Consultative sales approach with proven success in pipeline management and customer retention
  • Strong ability to guide customers through cloud transition and post-sale adoption
  • Experience with CRM and customer success tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to collaborate across teams
