About the role
- You coordinate personnel planning and staffing with department managers.
- You manage the full recruitment process, including selecting appropriate recruiting channels.
- You source potential candidates through your activities in various networks and by organizing and attending career fairs.
- Ideally, you identify and successfully convince the perfect candidates.
- You take full ownership of the application process, including your personal evaluation of candidates.
- You organize preboarding and hand over to the onboarding process.
- As a key user, you support our applicant management software Personio.
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial training or degree, ideally with an HR focus
- Professional experience in recruiting
- Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style
- Strong service orientation and enjoyment of working with people
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and common recruiting tools is advantageous
