About the role

  • You coordinate personnel planning and staffing with department managers.
  • You manage the full recruitment process, including selecting appropriate recruiting channels.
  • You source potential candidates through your activities in various networks and by organizing and attending career fairs.
  • Ideally, you identify and successfully convince the perfect candidates.
  • You take full ownership of the application process, including your personal evaluation of candidates.
  • You organize preboarding and hand over to the onboarding process.
  • As a key user, you support our applicant management software Personio.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial training or degree, ideally with an HR focus
  • Professional experience in recruiting
  • Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style
  • Strong service orientation and enjoyment of working with people
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and common recruiting tools is advantageous
