Completed bachelor's or postgraduate degree in IT
At least 6 years of experience in development roles
Define integration architectures with the new core (APIs, events, messaging)
Design and evolve DevOps and GitOps architectures
Define automation standards using Ansible Automation Platform
Support the construction of the delivery platform (CI/CD + IaC + GitOps)
Define cloud architecture (OCI is a strong plus; GCP and other clouds)
Create standards for: Infrastructure provisioning (IaC); Application deployment (pipelines and GitOps)
Systems integration
Support governance and standardization in Kubernetes / OpenShift
Act as a cross-functional technical reference
Create documentation, playbooks and reusable guides
Facilitate the technical evolution of teams (GSIST and GPROD)
Solid experience as an Architect or Tech Lead
Strong knowledge of distributed systems architecture
Integration via APIs (REST), events and messaging
Experience with DevOps and GitOps
Knowledge of: CI/CD (GitLab, ArgoCD, etc.)
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / OpenTofu)
Experience with Ansible
Experience with Kubernetes / OpenShift
Cloud knowledge: OCI (strong plus), GCP or other clouds
Proficiency with Git / GitLab workflows
