About the role
- Lead, together with the squad, the design and evolution of backend AI components
- Define and standardize: API contracts (REST)
- Response structures
- Traceability and evidence
- Design and implement flows: Synchronous (e.g., real-time chat)
- Asynchronous (e.g., batch ingestion and reprocessing)
- Develop and optimize LLM inference services
- Create and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field
- Hands-on experience with applied Machine Learning
