Requirements

  • Completed degree in IT (undergraduate or postgraduate)
  • Professional degree in business-related areas such as: Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Financial Management, Analysis and Processes
  • Proven experience in the banking and/or financial sector
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, including: checking accounts, credit, working capital, payroll-deductible loans, cards and payment methods
  • Investments, treasury and funding
  • Loans, financing and guarantees
  • Experience with Core Banking (core banking systems), including understanding of: account processing, bank accounting entries, clearing of financial transactions, credit cycles, credit analysis, contracting and settlement
  • Familiarity with financial system rules and regulations (BACEN, CMN, FEBRABAN)
  • Elicitation, analysis and detailing of requirements (functional and non-functional)
  • Banking process modeling (AS-IS and TO-BE)
  • Preparation of specifications for Core Banking systems and financial products
  • Ability to interpret complex business rules and regulatory scenarios
  • Integration with Technology — interface with IT squads, architecture and product teams
  • Validation of solutions against core banking system rules
  • Structured documentation aligned with audit practices
  • Agile methodologies and tools (Scrum / Kanban)
