About the role

  • Develop and implement process automation solutions using various programming languages and technologies;
  • Aim to reduce errors and costs, improve service and process quality, and increase productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT (undergraduate or postgraduate)
  • Strong command of the ITIL framework, with hands-on experience in Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Request Fulfillment
  • Solid experience with ServiceNow, including opening and tracking requests, approval workflows, CMDB and relationship management, and change operations
  • Experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT environments, preferably in the financial sector
  • Ability to map processes, identify gaps, and propose ITIL-based improvements
  • Skill in translating between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity of requirements
  • Knowledge of: Functional documentation (user stories, use cases, business rules)
  • Demand management and prioritization
  • Monitoring of operational SLAs and KPIs
  • Experience with management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
  • ITIL Foundation certification or higher (considered a plus)
  • Prior experience in banking operations, digital channels, or regulatory areas (considered a plus)
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (considered a plus)
