About the role
- Elicit, analyze, define and document business processes and software requirements
- Ensure that the client's system needs are met
- Detail functional and non-functional requirements
- Work on software development projects using agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban)
- Manage the backlog, prioritization and scope definition by delivery
- Interact with multiple stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Analyst
- Experience in software development projects using agile practices
- Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques
- Data analysis skills
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and SOA
- Knowledge of BPM processes
- Experience with backlog management and defining scope by delivery
- Advanced knowledge of software design patterns (Design Patterns)
- Web systems architecture
