Management Systems Consultant – m/f/d

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You lead projects to implement and further develop management systems for quality management (e.g., ISO 9001 and IATF 16949) and ensure compliance with the management system.
- You perform internal audits for and with the client and conduct workshops and training sessions.
- You take responsibility for coordinating the project team and performing project management tasks in your projects.
- You analyze clients' processes and develop solution proposals, process optimizations and concepts according to the latest professional and technical standards, including workflow solutions.
- This includes close collaboration with our partners, active networking, and the proactive acquisition and support of clients as part of the consulting activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A completed university degree, preferably with experience and qualifications in data protection and/or quality management
- At least 2 years of project management experience with demonstrable successes in your projects
- Ability to develop and present solution proposals and concepts in a factual and convincing manner
- Strong communication skills and excellent command of written and spoken expression
- High team and customer orientation
- Independence, discretion and loyalty
- Flexibility, willingness to travel and a high level of resilience
- Confident knowledge of common MS Office applications
- Good English skills (desirable)
- German language skills at B2 level
- High initiative, organizational skills and team spirit
