  • **Responsibilities**
  • - Close partnership with the trading desk to provide critical support for trade management, confirmations, and settlement for our full cryptocurrency product suite.
  • - Manage trade records and ensure data accuracy across multiple internal systems.
  • - Investigate and resolve breaks related to missing trades.
  • - Close collaboration with various departments including Business Development, Technology, Compliance, Legal and Finance to resolve operational and data quality issues in a timely manner.
  • - Automate repetitive tasks to improve operational efficiency
  • - Analyse transaction data to identify trends and recommend system improvement.
  • - Perform operations risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate risks.

Requirements

  • - 1-3 years of experience in Middle Office, Trade Support, or Operations within trading or exchange environments.
  • - Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Business, or a related field; equivalent Banking/ Crypto industry experience will be considered.
  • - Solid understanding of front-to-back trade lifecycle.
  • - Deep familiarity with the crypto ecosystem.
  • - Experience with multi-asset products (crypto, FX, equities, derivatives).
  • - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate data discrepancies independently.
  • - Detail-oriented, efficient, and independent worker with good analytical skills. Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • - Coding skills such as python for data analysis, automation and data validation are advantageous.
