About the role

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a narrow range of time sensitive franchise amendments and assist with a wide range of commercial contracts, including supply agreements, service contracts, and confidentiality agreements
  • Oversee and manage legal projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution
  • Prepare, draft, and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements with precision and attention to detail resulting on properly executed agreements
  • Ensure all drafted documents are compliant with legal standards and company policies

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in any state
  • Minimum of [2] years of experience in transactional law, project management, drafting, agreements
  • Strong understanding of commercial contracts and transactional law
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working in a corporate legal department or law firm (preferred)
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus (preferred)
  • Familiarity with the implementation of AI to achieve results (preferred)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word (preferred)
