Push Marketing owner. You are responsible for the performance of our clients in paid social (META, TikTok).
Strategy, not just setup. Develop and implement holistic growth strategies.
AI integration. Together with our AI Engineer you develop new approaches — from campaigns to the post-click experience.
End-to-end thinking. You optimize beyond the click, consistently considering conversions, funnels and the customer journey.
Client leadership. You act as a strategic point of contact and actively drive the success of your accounts.
Data-driven. Analyze, interpret and derive concrete actions to scale performance.
Creative impact. Work closely with the creative team to boost push performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

AI & tools. You have solid experience with AI tools — in particular Claude co-work/Code, openclaw or similar tools.
Push marketing focus. Deep expertise in META and TikTok ads — you think beyond pure campaign management.
Strategic thinking. You understand marketing holistically and translate data into clear measures.
Hands-on mentality. Operational excellence and a strategic perspective go hand in hand for you.
Ownership. You take responsibility for budgets, performance and client development.
Analytical strength. Numbers are for you a basis for decision-making, not just reporting.
Communication. Clear, direct and on equal terms — both internally and externally.
Language. Excellent German skills (at least C1).
