About the role

  • Think strategically about newsletter and WhatsApp flows, not just sending messages.
  • Analyze and optimize email and WhatsApp data.
  • Develop retention strategies for e-commerce brands.
  • Reporting and deriving concrete action recommendations.
  • Operational implementation.
  • Build, optimize, and scale retention flows and funnels.
  • Newsletter concept: copy, structure and performance optimization.
  • Develop and improve WhatsApp flows and automations.
  • Lead strategic client meetings and foster long-term client relationships.
  • Close collaboration within the team (team and client meetings).
  • Actively support the growth and continuous development of the team.

Requirements

  • Work in an agile way. You live and breathe e-commerce marketing.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the role of an online marketing manager focusing on email and WhatsApp marketing.
  • You know what it means to work in an agency and can adapt to its fast pace.
  • Solid experience with Klaviyo, ChatArmin and common marketing tools.
  • Open to AI-supported workflows.
  • Excellent German skills (C2). English skills (B2) are a plus.
  • Clear and empathetic communication is part of your daily routine — internally and externally.
  • You enjoy supporting our e-commerce clients with your work and working as part of a team.
  • Organizing and structuring analyses, clients and meetings is standard for you.
