About the role
- Develop & release AI/ML features such as predictive models, AI agents, and automations that improve decision-making and business performance
- Design, implement, and maintain robust ETL processes, data pipelines, and workflows to ensure data is clean, structured, and production-ready
- Manage and optimize data infrastructure across cloud-native environments for scalability, reliability, and performance
- Orchestrate pipelines and automate workflows using tools like Apache Airflow
- Collaborate closely with Commercial, Finance, and IT teams to deliver end-to-end solutions connecting raw data to actionable AI outputs
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience
- Proven ability to design, implement, and release AI and machine learning features in production environments
- Advanced Python programming (clean, efficient, production-ready) — strong knowledge (prompt asks for 5+ years)
- Strong SQL knowledge and experience working with large datasets
- Hands-on experience with ETL, data pipelines, and infrastructure management
- Experience with Microsoft Azure (Data Factory, Blob Storage)
- Experience with Apache Airflow (DAGs, pipeline orchestration)
- Experience with version control (BitBucket)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Fluent English
