Learning & Development Administrator – Contract
px GroupLearning & Development Administrator supporting the training department at px Group. Ensuring compliance and organization of training activities in hybrid environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure training matrices are in place and up to date
- Providing training reports via TMS (Training Management System)
- Ensure training is organised and booked to support onshore & offshore activities
- Ensure all training requests & queries are dealt with accordingly and within 24 hours
- Liaising with internal & external stakeholders and onboard training providers through the internal process
- Raising purchase orders & invoice consolidation
- Ensure training records are compliant with industry standards, certifications & legal requirements
- Maintain accurate training records and certificate renewals in ASSURE & LEARN
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure appropriate training is delivered to meet site requirements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Level 3 L&D Business qualification or demonstratable experience in a similar role
- Previous experience of using training management systems is essential for the role
- Strong organisation & planning skills, enthusiastic, adaptable and able to engage with people at all levels.
- Familiar with mandatory training requirements in line with legislation
- Experience in organising training in a previous role in line with mandatory & legislative training
- Data input and producing regular reports from the TMS.
