About the role

  • Build robust, scalable products using AI as a productivity lever — with uncompromising focus on security, sound architecture, and quality.
  • Use AI as a co-developer: generate service skeletons, tests, migrations, documentation, and continuous refactoring (Copilot/Claude/Cursor).
  • Design solid architecture: microservices, well-versioned APIs, event-driven patterns, messaging, and first-class observability.
  • Code and review in .NET Core (backend), Node.js (services/integrations) and React (frontend), following patterns and best practices.
  • Ensure security from the start: threat modeling, OWASP Top 10, SAST/DAST, secrets management, IAM policies, LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).
  • Use CI/CD: pipelines in Azure DevOps, GitHub Flow versioning, automated quality checks.
  • Architect on AWS: VPC, IAM, ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS/DynamoDB, SQS/SNS, CloudWatch; IaC with Terraform/CloudFormation.
  • Raise quality: tests (unit, integration, contract), healthy coverage, optimized performance and cloud costs.
  • Document decisions (ADRs), design patterns and create a reusable prompt library for the team.

Requirements

  • Experience in secure systems development and engineering best practices (Clean Code, SOLID, DDD/BF)
  • Hands-on experience with AWS (production-ready), agile methodologies, GitHub Flow and CI/CD in Azure DevOps.
  • Practical use of AI to accelerate development (prompting, test generation, refactoring, documentation).
  • Knowledge of security by design, OWASP Top 10, LGPD and secrets management.
  • Strong knowledge of Docker, basic Kubernetes concepts, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
  • Ability to write clear documentation and defend architectural decisions.
  • Hands-on experience in .NET Core, React JS and Node.js.
