About the role
- Promote and facilitate ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective);
- Promote adoption of agile practices, ensuring the application of the methodology's principles and values, whether Kanban or Scrum;
- Identify and remove impediments affecting the team's progress;
- Ensure a collaborative working environment;
- Act as a coach for the team and stakeholders, promoting an agile culture;
- Monitor and report agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, cycle time, lead time, rework, etc.;
- Support the Product Owner in backlog management and in setting priorities.
Requirements
- Practical knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Experience with agile management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and in dynamic environments.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
