Key responsibilities & impact

Lead core banking and payments business analysis for the wave
Translate client requirements into functional specifications, data mapping documents, and API/integration requirements
Validate account, CASA, and payment (pain/pacs/camt) flows
Track gaps and defects
Coordinate with client and delivery teams on integration hand-offs between core banking and payments
Engage with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
Guide and mentor others while managing complex situations and delivering quality work
Analyze complex problems and manage assigned workstreams within the Banking and Capital Markets sector

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least a Bachelor's degree
4+ years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
Experience with core banking products such as T24, Finacle, Oracle FLEXCUBE, FIS, and Fiserv
Knowledge of accounts, deposits, loans, CASA lifecycle, onboarding, and KYC/AML
Knowledge of status management, acknowledgements, returns, cancellations, claims/modifications
Experience mapping APIs/integrations between core banking and payment systems
Ability to produce BRDs, FSDs, user stories, process flows, data mapping documents, integration specifications, and use cases
Experience with JIRA and Postman/Bruno
Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, message queues, and file-based/batch integrations
