Support the transition and management of outsourced services to enhance client operations
Collaborate with delivery teams to optimize processes and tools for managed services
Engage in project management tasks to streamline operations and improve efficiency
Apply automation frameworks to drive continuous process improvement
Participate in the design and development of automation solutions for business processes
Gather and analyze data to identify patterns and inform process optimization
Contribute to service management strategies to meet client needs
Assist in planning and executing deliverables to validate timely project delivery
Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and manage expectations
Uphold professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines
Maintain reliable production systems on AWS
Run Kubernetes and containers in production
Own monitoring and observability using SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets
Manage production incidents end to end, including on-call
Use automation and AI-assisted tools in incident triage and resolution

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
Proven experience keeping production systems reliable on AWS in an SRE or similar role
Hands-on experience running Kubernetes and containers in production
Working knowledge of core AWS services and cloud-native operations
Experience owning monitoring and observability and working to SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets
Experience managing production incidents end to end, including on-call
Scripting ability in Python and/or Bash
Understanding of AI-assisted tools for operations and comfort using them in incident triage and resolution
AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, or actively working towards it
