Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize supply chain integration and operational efficiency
Lead product development and manufacturing project teams to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes
Utilize digital technologies to streamline processes and drive business performance
Coach team members and develop their skills
Conduct feasibility studies and market trend analysis to inform product strategy and positioning
Manage project resources to align with client expectations and business objectives
Develop and maintain client relationships, providing operational strategy guidance and support
Promote emerging technologies and innovative manufacturing practices
Conduct manufacturing cost analysis to identify cost-reduction and efficiency opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 5 years of experience
Preference for study in Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Biology/Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering, Environmental Science/Sustainability, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, or Science
Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
Advanced skills in Manufacturing Strategy and Operations Management
Experience with Product Lifecycle Management and Product Strategy development
Ability to leverage emerging technologies in manufacturing processes
Experience with Manufacturing Cost Analysis and Feasibility Studies
Experience leading Go-to-Market Strategy development and execution
Willingness to travel up to 80%
