Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years of experience
  • Preference for study in Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or Computer Applications
  • Proficiency in Customer Experience (CX) Strategy and Design
  • Analytical thinking for Customer Journey Analysis and Segmentation
  • Experience in Sales Strategy Consulting and embracing change and innovation
  • Ability to manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Coaching and feedback skills to enhance team performance
  • Strategic questioning skills to drive business process improvement
  • Willingness to travel up to 60%
  • Must not require PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery, except as permitted by PwC policy
