Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 6 years of experience
  • Advanced ITIL compliance knowledge for grid modernization platform lifecycles across IT/OT convergence and distributed energy resource integrations
  • Experience leveraging ITSM frameworks for utility service delivery and change management across smart grid and advanced metering infrastructure programs
  • Ability to lead strategic questioning with utility stakeholders and align modernization roadmaps with regulatory objectives
  • Systems thinking applied to complex grid ecosystems and legacy/emerging technology interdependencies
  • Experience directing cross-functional teams through large-scale grid transformation in multi-vendor and regulatory environments
  • Ability to validate modernization outcomes with clients and regulators and translate performance metrics into actionable feedback
  • Experience developing service standards and governance frameworks for utility client relationships
  • Ability to travel up to 60%
