About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and manage Oracle security and controls design and implementation workstreams end to end
  • Act as the primary client contact to identify and mitigate risks in future-state Oracle solutions
  • Use Oracle functionality including native automated controls, Risk Management Cloud, and access controls
  • Lead Oracle application security design, including role design and segregation of duties for human and agentic AI user accounts
  • Implement Oracle Risk Management Cloud solutions to monitor access and transaction controls
  • Evaluate clients’ Oracle environments, access controls, and process controls for pre-implementation programs and internal and external audits
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in Oracle security and controls design and assurance methodology
  • Leverage AI, automation, and data analytics for technology-driven client delivery
  • Assess and test controls in clients’ systems during broader IT controls audit engagements
  • Lead and mentor teams on technology and AI controls advice and assurance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of proven experience leading Oracle security and controls engagements within professional services or industry
  • Experience covering application controls, IT general controls, and process controls
  • Strong technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM applications from a security and configurable controls perspective
  • Familiarity with Oracle Risk Management Cloud desirable; implementation experience advantageous
  • Experience or interest in AI, automation, cloud, or data analytics highly regarded
  • Ability to lead and mentor teams
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical issues into business recommendations
  • Professional Oracle certifications highly regarded but not required
  • Ability to work in Australia; visa sponsorship is available
  • No government clearance required
