About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and implement data quality frameworks, roadmaps, and scalable controls
Improve data maturity, reduce manual intervention, and increase confidence in data assets
Create and optimise Power BI dashboards, scorecards, monitoring tools, and semantic models
Identify, track, and report on data quality issues and improvements
Analyse and investigate data to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes
Collaborate with source system owners to resolve issues and improve data quality at source
Partner with stakeholders across the business to translate data quality challenges into business impact
Promote data governance best practices and drive continuous improvement
Apply innovation, knowledge sharing, and AI-enabled solutions to improve data management and analytical capability

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience as a data analyst and Power BI developer
Strong skills in data interrogation
Strong skills in data quality assessment
Strong skills in DAX
Strong skills in data modelling
Ability to identify root causes of data quality issues and uncover trends
Understanding of data quality and governance and their impact on business decision-making, reporting, and AI-driven insights
Ability to translate technical issues into business outcomes and influence stakeholders at all levels
Interest in AI, automation, and innovative approaches to improving data management and analytical capability
Ability to manage competing priorities, share knowledge, and deliver high-quality outcomes
Experience with Databricks, Workday, or ServiceNow is advantageous
