About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage HCP/HCO contracts from intake through template drafting, redline review, e-signature, amendments, and system of record upload
  • Create, process, and execute HCP/HCO contracts using standard system templates
  • Review and draft contracts for healthcare client engagements
  • Proofread contracts for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with internal policies
  • Submit contracts for e-signature and track status to closure
  • Send contracts for upload into the system of record and maintain audit-ready documentation
  • Analyze client operational processes to identify improvements and enhance productivity
  • Develop strategies to optimize operational efficiency and drive business performance
  • Collaborate with clients to implement technology solutions and process automation
  • Support operational excellence frameworks to improve quality and efficiency
  • Gather and interpret data to inform operational strategies and solutions
  • Engage in business process improvement initiatives
  • Apply lean process improvement and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Participate in project management tasks to validate timely delivery of client solutions
  • Assist in developing and executing operations strategies
  • Contribute to implementing emerging technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 2 years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or HCP/HCO engagement within healthcare, life sciences, or consulting
  • Experience in contract management, legal operations, or HCP/HCO engagement within healthcare, life sciences, or consulting
  • Strong understanding of HCP/HCO contracting compliance and regulatory frameworks, including the Sunshine Act and Anti-Kickback Statute
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of contracts with precision and attention to data
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3–5 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems or similar tools, including Icertis, Conga, Veeva, SAP Ariba, Salesforce, and DocuSign
  • Experience with standard contract templates, redlining processes, and amendment management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across stakeholder levels
  • Experience utilizing automation solutions for operational excellence
  • Experience implementing business process improvements for cost efficiency
  • Experience in operational analysis and process optimization
  • Experience applying lean process improvement methodologies
  • Project management experience within technology implementation
  • Intellectual curiosity and adaptability in fast-paced environments
