About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead implementation of SAP compliance and security measures to protect sensitive data and maintain regulatory standards
Analyze client requirements and develop tailored solutions to optimize operational efficiency within SAP applications
Manage client engagements by planning, budgeting, and executing projects to meet strategic objectives
Coach and mentor team members to leverage their strengths and enhance performance
Utilize SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools to support compliance program implementation and oversight
Develop and maintain governance frameworks for corporate compliance and risk management initiatives
Conduct compliance audits and reviews, identify improvement areas, and recommend corrective actions
Collaborate with business leaders to address compliance challenges and provide strategic advisement
Promote innovative technologies and practices to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
Confirm data integrity and security within SAP systems through quality assurance checks and audits
Lead teams, manage client accounts, confirm project success, and maintain standards
Identify opportunities contributing to the firm's success and support strategic objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 5 years of experience delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions, including auditing, advisory, and implementation engagements
Preference for a Master's or Master of Business Administration degree in a listed field of study
Proficiency in SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)
Experience utilizing SAP BW/4HANA for data analytics and reporting
Experience developing compliance programs and governance frameworks
Ability to implement strategic questioning to enhance client engagement
Expertise in operational risk management and remediation design
Willingness to embrace change and innovation in business application consulting
Ability to travel up to 40%
Must not require now or in the future PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery, except as permitted by PwC policy
