Lead SAP compliance and security consulting services to confirm regulatory compliance and enhance security measures
Analyze client requirements and implement tailored SAP security solutions to protect sensitive data
Provide strategic advisement and support for compliance with industry regulations and standards
Manage client relationships and deliver quality results through effective communication and influence
Coach and motivate teams to solve complex problems and drive operational efficiency
Apply systems thinking to identify underlying issues and opportunities within client environments

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 7 years of experience delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions, including auditing, advisory, and implementation engagements
Master's or Master of Business Administration degree is preferred in Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, or Risk Management/Insurance
Proficiency in SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)
Experience utilizing SAP BW/4HANA for advanced data analytics
Experience leading compliance program development and implementation
Ability to apply systems thinking to identify opportunities and challenges
Ability to direct teams through complex and uncertain situations
Ability to craft and convey impactful messages that tell a holistic story
Ability to travel up to 40%
