About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead teams in developing and executing compliance strategies for complex regulatory landscapes
Manage client engagements by analyzing regulatory requirements and implementing risk mitigation solutions
Guide implementation of cybersecurity frameworks including NIST CSF and ISO/IEC 27001
Conduct compliance risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions
Oversee regulatory compliance programs and reporting to validate adherence to industry standards
Coach team members and develop their compliance and governance skills
Collaborate with stakeholders to address compliance issues and facilitate difficult conversations
Interpret data and provide insights for strategic decision-making
Promote innovative technologies and practices to improve compliance and risk management
Uphold professional and technical standards, PwC's code of conduct, and independence requirements
Own project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
Manage client accounts, project success, team performance, and client expectations

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 5 years of experience
Ability to develop and execute compliance strategies
Experience analyzing regulatory requirements and implementing risk mitigation solutions
Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF and ISO/IEC 27001
Experience conducting compliance risk assessments and audits
Ability to maintain regulatory compliance programs and reporting
Ability to coach and mentor team members
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and address difficult conversations
Analytical thinking and ability to interpret data
Ability to manage project planning, budgeting, and execution
Ability to uphold professional and technical standards, PwC's code of conduct, and independence requirements
Ability to travel up to 60%
