About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead teams in developing and executing compliance strategies for complex regulatory landscapes
- Manage client engagements by analyzing regulatory requirements and implementing risk mitigation solutions
- Guide implementation of cybersecurity frameworks including NIST CSF and ISO/IEC 27001
- Conduct compliance risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions
- Oversee regulatory compliance programs and reporting to validate adherence to industry standards
- Coach team members and develop their compliance and governance skills
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address compliance issues and facilitate difficult conversations
- Interpret data and provide insights for strategic decision-making
- Promote innovative technologies and practices to improve compliance and risk management
- Uphold professional and technical standards, PwC's code of conduct, and independence requirements
- Own project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
- Manage client accounts, project success, team performance, and client expectations
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Ability to develop and execute compliance strategies
- Experience analyzing regulatory requirements and implementing risk mitigation solutions
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF and ISO/IEC 27001
- Experience conducting compliance risk assessments and audits
- Ability to maintain regulatory compliance programs and reporting
- Ability to coach and mentor team members
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and address difficult conversations
- Analytical thinking and ability to interpret data
- Ability to manage project planning, budgeting, and execution
- Ability to uphold professional and technical standards, PwC's code of conduct, and independence requirements
- Ability to travel up to 60%
