About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development and implementation of compliance strategies for complex regulatory landscapes
- Manage cybersecurity risk management initiatives protecting client data and systems
- Oversee compliance program implementation and conduct compliance audits
- Provide strategic guidance on anti-money laundering and financial crime prevention
- Coordinate with clients to validate outcomes and incorporate feedback into compliance frameworks
- Direct teams through challenging situations and make clear decisions under ambiguity
- Identify and address underlying compliance risks and opportunities through analytical thinking
- Craft and communicate impactful compliance strategy messages
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships supporting compliance and governance objectives
- Promote compliance and ethical behavior through training and development initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience
- Advanced cybersecurity risk management skills
- Experience utilizing ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF)
- Analytical thinking for complex regulatory challenges
- Experience leading compliance program implementation and governance, risk, and compliance
- Ability to craft and convey impactful messages
- Ability to direct teams through ambiguity with composure and strategic questioning
- Ability to develop and sustain diverse, inclusive, high-performing teams
- Willingness to travel up to 60%
- Must not require, now or in the future, PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery, subject to the stated policy
