Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, Organizational Management, Sociology, or Psychology
At least a Bachelor's degree
Certifications in Organizational Change Management, such as Prosci
At least 4 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
Proficiency in leveraging GenAI tools for productivity
Strategic and creative thinking for problem-solving
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to develop comprehensive communication strategies for stakeholder engagement
Ability to design tailored change management solutions for client transformations
Ability to utilize advanced instructional design techniques for effective learning
