About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least a Bachelor's degree
Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, Organizational Management, Sociology, or Psychology
At least 2 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
Certifications in Organizational Change Management, such as Prosci, or certifications in Instructional Design or Learning Solutions are a plus
Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred
Proficiency in leveraging GenAI tools for productivity
Ability to address client needs and support engagement managers
Storytelling and communication across various audiences
Strategic and creative problem-solving
Ability to collaborate effectively in team environments and independently
Knowledge of change management frameworks
Ability to design comprehensive communication plans for stakeholder engagement
