Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, Organizational Management, Sociology, or Psychology
Certifications in Organizational Change Management, such as Prosci
At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 4 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
Proficiency in leveraging GenAI tools for workforce solutions
Storytelling and communication across diverse audiences

Business process analysis and organizational diagnosis
