About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant hands-on experience in GST/indirect tax advisory and compliance
- Strong technical knowledge of Australian GST legislation, including financial services, property transactions, digital services, and cross-border supplies
- Experience with GST governance, M&A/Deals work, tax technology, and ATO engagement highly valued
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain complex tax concepts to clients
- Proven project management capabilities
- Ability to work autonomously
- Experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to business development activities highly valued
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting, commerce, or law preferred
- Keen interest in technology and understanding of automation benefits
- Client-focused mindset with ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Must demonstrate Australian Tax experience
- Must be available to work without visa sponsorship
